Commission Process

Once you fill out and submit the request form below, I will email you with the invoice along with a timeframe for completion.

*Please be willing to collaborate! I want to give you exactly the pyrography piece you’ve got your heart set on, so I might ask some clarifying questions or want you to elaborate on your request first before sending an invoice and time for completion.

Once 50% of the invoice is paid, I send you a design for approval, and an updated timeframe for completion

*If you don’t like the design, let me know what you would like changed. Before the design is approved, you can request up to 3 changes without an additional charge. 

If you like the design, let me know that you approve it. Once it’s approved by you, and the remainder of the invoice is paid, I start the artwork.

*Shading and some details are only done in pyrography on the final piece.

Once the artwork is finished, I email you the shipping information.

*If you are local or in the surrounding areas of Lansing, Michigan, you can request a local meetup in the form!

Pricing is based on the product you want a design on, and how much you would like on it. Generally the more details you want, the higher the cost. Here are some ranges to give you an idea of what the final price will be.

*Because of the material cost, time, love, and attention that I put into each piece of art, there are no refunds or returns of personalized pyrography or commissions. If you are truly unhappy with your final artwork, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you!
